FAQ

Q. Is NEXT a division or a practice area of BRUNNER?

No.  NEXT is a group of BRUNNER employees who work towards furthering the innovative use of technology for marketing purposes. Any employee can participate as long as they have the passion and the drive to create new things.

Q. What’s the mission of NEXT?

Trying to keep up with every emerging technology is almost impossible, and that’s what we do for a living!  We recognized that unless we have a focused, concerted, R&D type of effort, that it’s easy to forget about innovation.  We also view our efforts as a service to our clients.  We experiment and sort through it so that they don’t have to.  In time we hope to be a trusted resource to turn to.

Q. Besides BRUNNER employees, is there an opportunity for other organizations to participate or partner with you?

Absolutely.  We’re hoping to bring together the best thinkers from technology, business, academia, marketing, social media and even youth/demographic segments. Groups that don’t always have a forum to collaborate on real life marketing innovation.  Clients and other companies can participate through our beta program.  Solutions providers can participate through our partner program.

Q. What’s the end-game of NEXT?

To be quite honest, we’re not sure yet.  But we do know that there is a need for BRUNNER to keep forging new territory and we’re investing in that.  And we also know that there is knowledge that we’re not tapping into — for instance academia.  And finally, we know that clients need a place to turn to safely try new things.  Being a CMO is risky enough.  Even if we can make it easier for a few of them who want to focus on innovation, but just don’t have the internal resources, or culture, to do so.
