As an organization we’re dedicated to cross-media measurement in a big way. Our significant investment in our measurement platform is just one proof point.
One big challenge that we all have is that the tactics available to measure are growing at an alarming rate. So while we continue to work on helping CMO’s measure cross media programs effectively, we also need to continue to keep an eye on new metrics. That’s what this initiative is all about.
Even “Number of Friends” which was the hot new metric last year to measure social media effectively is now passe. And now there are new metrics that have only just begun to surface.
For example, Eye Tracking software to measure out-of-home advertising effectiveness.
